- Organizing enforcement actions conducted by Government authorities such as the specialized Inspectorates, the Police and the Market Management Bureau;
- Proceeding with Customs Recordal at national level or directly at specific border gates for the monitoring of counterfeit and pirated goods, attending Customs interception and organizing cross-border actions;
- Litigating intellectual property cases before the courts throughout Vietnam;
- Advising and representing clients in and out of court proceedings in order to resolve intellectual property related disputes.
Our senior attorney, Son Doan, has been involved in the pioneering cases of intellectual property rights enforcement in Vietnam, including the first nationwide enforcement program against infringement of a design patent and the first administrative action against unfair-competition acts under the Competition Law of 2005. He is also an accredited arbitrator at the Pacific International Arbitration Center (www.piac.vn).
