Thanh Tran is the head of the filing and prosecution team. Working with the team, Thanh advises multinational businesses and Vietnamese companies on strategies for securing their IP rights nationally and internationally. Thanh has been working on many successful oppositions, cancellations and contentious matters, especially for some key clients with large portfolios. Thanh has also been working on a number of disputes at the IP Office and up to the highest level of appeal at the Ministry of Science and Technology.
