IPMax presented on enforcement on E-commerce at the workshop organised by JPO and IP Vietnam

On 22 November 2024, in Hanoi, our IP Attorney Duc Duong delivered a presentation on “Difficulties and Challenges in Enforcing Trademark Rights on E-commerce Platforms in Vietnam – Through Real Cases" in the Seminar "Protection and Enforcement of Trademark Rights on E-commerce" co-organized by IP Vietnam and Japan Patent Office (JPO)

Representatives from IP firms, IP rights owners, e-commerce platforms and key authorities including Vietnam E-commerce and Digital Economy Agency, Directorate of Market Surveillance, National Customs attended the seminar, discussing practice and experience in protecting trademarks in the rapid development of e-commerce.
