1. Full name, address and nationality of the Applicant;
  2. A Power of Attorney, signed by the legal representative of the applicant and notarized by a Notary Public
  3. The representation of the marks
  4. Information of the first use or the first application/registration of the mark, anywhere in the world, if any.
  5. Description of goods and/or services to be covered by the applicationi
  6. A certified copy of the priority documents if priority right is claimed.
iCambodia adopts the International Classification of Goods and Services. However, each trademark application can be filed for one mark in one class of goods/services only. The description of goods/services must be sufficiently specific as general class headings are not acceptable.
